42 rue Notre Dame des Victoires - Paris 2

The Bureau unveils its fourth address at 42 rue Notre-Dame-des-Victoires — a refined space with a gourmet counter that enjoys a coveted spot right across from the Paris Stock Exchange, in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement.

To rise to this new challenge, the founder once again brought together the trusted team who helped launch the very first Bureau six years ago — including Marika Dru, who already manages the two sister venues on Cours Albert Ier in the 8th arrondissement, and who has imagined this new architectural concept in the same elegant spirit as its predecessors.

Find out more about The Bureau’s latest location at 42 rue Notre-Dame-des-Victoires.

The hotel-grade quality and private-club atmosphere that form the foundation of The Bureau remain unchanged. The interior, crafted from high-quality, enduring materials — a world away from the prefabricated partitions that still dominate far too many workspaces — emphasizes the establishment’s institutional character. This impression is further enhanced by the addition of carefully selected vintage furniture, curated, as always, by the expert team at The Socialite Family.

On the ground floor, panels of recycled felt, enriched with fluting, subtly echo the colonnades of the building opposite. They frame the heart of the space: a neo–coffee shop with around thirty seats, led by Nicolas Lacaze, complemented by an Anglo-style bakery offering, from morning to evening, hot drinks, pastries, gourmet sandwiches, salads, and sorbets — all available for dine-in or takeaway. The visible dough mixer and the enticing aromas of fresh baking invite passersby to step inside.

A major innovation, this chic street-facing canteen also welcomes the general public during the day and evening, on weekdays and Saturdays for brunch, giving newcomers a taste of The Bureau experience. Members, meanwhile, enjoy access to a private courtyard and exclusive areas. As dusk falls, the versatile space transforms into a wine and cocktail bar, featuring a menu of raw fish dishes served Californian-style tapas, sometimes elevated with a touch of yuzu.

As usual, the concierge orchestrates a wide range of services already available at the other three Parisian clubs. In the basement, the Rue Notre-Dame-des-Victoires location introduces its wellness area, accessible to members throughout the day, offering a variety of fitness classes — including on-demand virtual yoga sessions or in-person classes by reservation. This new wellness offering complements the gym already available at 25 rue du Quatre-Septembre and 28 Cours Albert Ier. This flexibility is, in fact, one of The Bureau’s key strengths: members can freely enjoy the unique features of each location, making every club a genuine living space.
