The Bureau’s third location, 25 rue du 4 Septembre, stands out for its coveted position between Place de l’Opéra and the Bourse, right in the heart of Paris’s 2nd arrondissement, making it a strategic hub. Completely redesigned by architect Franklin Azzi, the space is arranged as a city-facing showcase, with an open, transparent ground floor and large, light-filled areas.
The styling was once again entrusted to The Socialite Family to create visual continuity across the different locations, maintaining an environment where design, comfort, modernity, and elegance are perfectly balanced.
On the ground floor, The Comptoir serves as a shared workspace that transforms between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. into a company restaurant with full table service. The Comptoir offers a menu inspired by bistronomy, alongside a tailored takeaway option. Curated by Food & Beverage Manager Nicolas Lacaze, the menu features market-fresh cuisine, striking a balance between signature dishes and more adventurous creations with Mediterranean or Asian influences.
As always, the concierge coordinates a wide range of services already available at The Bureau’s three other Parisian clubs. The 25 rue du 4 Septembre location features a fully equipped gym with showers, accessible to members throughout the day. This wellness offering complements the diverse fitness classes — including on-demand virtual yoga sessions or in-person classes by reservation — already available at42 rue Notre-Dame-des-Victoires.
The space also includes a patio, tea lounges, phone booths, a boardroom, meeting rooms, and parking facilities. This is, in fact, one of The Bureau’s greatest strengths: members can freely enjoy shared spaces and services, making each location a truly vibrant living and working environment.
